It is Friday! What better activity to relax on a Friday evening, than to grab my camera. So, as the sun began to approach the horizon, making the world golden, I snapped a few photos. The other day, my family and I discovered a tiny nest of robin eggs, hidden deep inside a butterfly bush. When we first found them, there were four eggs but it was getting too dark to photograph. Today when I had time, only one remained :-(. But it still made for nice shots.
I loved how the sun was wrapping itself around these purple flowers in our garden. They looked spectacular.
I also had a blast capturing these tiny ants crawling on one of our plants. A fairly difficult task when trying to use a shallow depth of field on something so miniscule…and moving no less. I’m still learning!
